Your Role:

Our growing company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate new business opportunities for our company. The SDR will also assist with building referral partnerships with complimentary agencies and assisting with inbound leads from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn prospecting to generate new business opportunities
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings with prospects for the sales team
  • Build referral partnerships with complimentary agencies
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities and improve prospecting strategies
  • Assist with inbound leads from time to time

Key Performance Indicators

  • Book 10 meetings (attended by prospect) per month for Business Development Managers (BDM)
  • Make 30 calls per day
  • Send 30 targeted, value-driven emails and LinkedIn prospecting efforts per day


  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales development role
  • Strong understanding of SEO and inbound marketing as a whole
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and KPIs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM systems preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
