Your Role:
Your mission is to create amazing digital web experiences that drive traffic, leads, and sales for our clients. Your ultimate goal is to lead the web project management function, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead and manage website projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they meet client expectations and project goals.
- Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings to understand project scopes, create project plans and timelines, and set realistic expectations.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside our team of designers and developers to deliver aesthetically pleasing, functional, and optimized websites.
- Process Development: Develop and refine project management processes to enhance team efficiency and profitability.
- KPI Management: Focus on key performance indicators such as project timelines, budget adherence, and client satisfaction scores.

Insights and Reporting: Provide regular project updates and
insights to clients and internal stakeholders to guide strategic decisions. -
Innovation: Continuously evolve and improve our web project
management practices to drive innovation and best practices across the team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of project management experience in building websites, preferably within an agency setting.
- Tools and Platforms: Proficiency with project management tools and experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with clients and internal teams.
- Organization: Immaculate organizational and project management skills.
- Understanding: A solid understanding of UI/UX principles, the development process, and content management systems.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Relationship Building: Natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships that last.
