Paid Media Analyst

We’re looking for a Paid Media Analyst with experience in digital marketing campaigns to join an established team of marketing and creative professionals. Our perfect candidate thinks outside the box and uses a combination of data, market insights and digital tools to build and optimise performance marketing campaigns. You will have proven industry experience and are proactive in keeping up to date with the latest trends and strategies in Social Media and Google Ads. Your daily tasks will range from building detailed strategies for social ads and content plans, to carefully analysing campaign performance and using data-driven insights to optimise accounts.


  • Manage own portfolio of accounts for Paid Social, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display & YouTube) and Organic Social
  • Create ad strategies tailored to client’s position and goals
  • Build and optimise paid advertising campaigns across mainly Facebook and Google
  • Draft effective ad copy that is relevant and engaging to target audience
  • Setup and monitor performance tracking
  • Collaborate with design team to develop eye-catching creative content
  • Draft and schedule social content management plans that are on brand and engages target audience
  • Compile data across digital platforms to create monthly reports, including analysis commentary for insights, optimisations and future strategy development
  • Assist sales team in identifying and responding to new client opportunities
  • Keep up to date with current digital marketing trends to continuously improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services

  • Versatility to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to turn around digital strategies within tight deadlines
  • Understanding/knowledge of social media marketing and Google Ads best practices and processes
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data, and develop actionable insights
  • Continuously monitoring current trends related to your role
  • Can-do attitude and self-motivated
  • Discipline to continually upskill where necessary
  • A team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Problem-solving skills that allow you to quickly adapt to changes in digital media landscape

To be considered, you will have:

  • Experience managing paid campaigns is essential
  • Advanced knowledge within Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads
  • Holistic understanding of digital marketing
  • Great communication, time management and organisational skills
  • 2 Years similar experience in an agency environment preferred
  • Australian Residency Preferred
